Tennants Distribution Acquires Spain's Apliclor Water Solutions S.A.

Tennants Distribution has acquired Apliclor Water Solutions S.A., a leading Spanish supplier of chemicals and technical services to the water treatment industry. Founded in 1911, Apliclor employs over 100 people and operates extensive modern distribution and manufacturing facilities, alongside specialist capabilities in water treatment equipment design, installation, and maintenance.

The acquisition strengthens Tennants’ European distribution network and enhances its technical expertise within the water treatment sector. Both companies share a strong focus on safety, quality, customer service, and people, and will work together to build on Apliclor’s long-established success while preserving its culture and values.
